NeuroStilbene™, is delivered via spray application inside the nostril. Each 30ml bottle contains 300 applications of spray delivering 2mg of nanoparticle pterostilbene.
 
NeuroStilbene™, as an intranasal delivery system is used with the intent of delivering high concentrations of substances into the brain across what is called the “blood-brain barrier.”
This structure is a “security system” that keeps blood cells separate from the fluid surrounding the brain. This barrier does provide oxygen and nutrients to be transported by the blood cells but prevents harmful substances like bacteria or poisons from getting to the brain.
 
The current data provided in the patent application specific to brain injury strongly supports the possibility that receiving NeuroStilbene before sports-related brain injuries will prevent the development of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy.

Although our recent data demonstrates a reduction in tau and suppression of brain cell damage with NeuroStilbene™, clinical trials are needed before specific medical claims can be made.
